The hotel is conveniently located in Laatzen, close to the Expo Plaza and ideal for attending trade fairs. The rooms are very basic with no interior aesthetics, providing a double bed setup. The hotel's proximity to the Ligna Show is a major plus for those attending the exhibition, but the pervasive smell of smoke in the lobby and lifts could be unpleasant. Dining options are available for an extra cost, and guests have the flexibility to choose meals elsewhere. Overall, the hotel offers basic facilities with no standout amenities.
The hotel had ACs in the rooms, but they were not working properly or were broken. The rooms were relatively spacious and featured a sink and a microwave oven near the bed, providing basic kitchen amenities. However, the room quality did not match the high price of 210 euros per night.
